Back Pain Sarver

Having pain is never fun, especially if it’s pain in an area which stops you from doing normal activities. Such is the case with back pain. It’s one of the top worst areas people report having pain in. It’s even been the subject of discussion as to whether it’s worse than pain from child birth.

But if you’re viewing this page most likely you don’t need told how painful back pain can be. What you’re looking for is some relief and to get rid of what you’re feeling. The cause of your back pain can’t be diagnosed right here from this web page but at the very least I’ll go over some information that could help (please seek advice from a qualified medial or chiropractic doctor before trying anything listed on this page – we have to give that disclaimer :).

Ways to rest your back:

There are many things that can be done to rest your back and give it some needed relief. Below are just a few things that you can do.

  1. Lie down with your feet elevated – laying down with your feet elevated will put the body in a position where the most of the strain and weight will be off the lower back.
  2. When sleeping lie on your side with your knees bent. You may need to place a pillow between your knees to add support.
  3. Lie flat on your back with a rolled up towel to support your neck. Roll the towel up only as big as it is needed to support your natural arch of your neck – don’t over do it & don’t under do it. You may also place a folded blanket under your knees to add more support.
