Physical Therapy Assistant - Monroeville, PA
Looking for a people person who will work with the Doctor to help get patients get well.
Duties:
Help patients with their therapy and rehab.
Give patients ultrasounds and electric stimulation therapy
Work with the patients to achieve their treatment plan created by the doctor.
Create a comfortable environment and atmosphere for the patients where they can come to get well.

Looking for a person that enjoys working with and helping people.
Duties:
Greet patients as they come in and leave ensuring a strong, positive first and last impression.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, return phone calls
Monitor appointment schedule at ALL times to ensure efficiency
Re-book patients for their next visit and keep a full schedule on a consistent basis
Call patients to come back in if they have been out of the office for a while.

Experience is necessary, but we would be willing to train the right person.

Billing and Collections Director - Gibsonia, PA
Looking for a mature person who has a background in insurance, co-pays, co-insurance and medical billing with multiple offices and multiple doctors.
Duties:
Must be able to work independently.
You will be responsible for all of the billings and collections in the department.
Must be able to work on an Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
Handle all records requests.
Handle claims and any questions from insurance providers.

Must have at least 3 years experience, preferably more.
