| I have been a patient at Allegheny Health &
Rehabilitation Center for the past 5 months. I started
coming to see Dr. Talorico for pinched nerves in my neck. I
had been in pain for 2 years, and had a hard time moving my
neck. After receiving treatment with the Pro-Adjuster,
massage therapy, and rehabilitation my problem has
diminished. I have full range of motion in my neck again.

| When I was 15 years old I fell from a horse,
and landed on my head and right shoulder. Since that time I
have suffered from migraines. During the last 18 years, I
have been to Medical Doctors and Chiropractors that have
diagnosed everything from a Sinus Infection to Hormonal
Imbalances. For a while when I was in my early 20’s I spent
7 months on Ceclor (antibiotic), and Percocet (pain killer)
for the "Sinus Infection". When I decided to try a
Chiropractor the headaches got better, but never went away
completely. As long as I went on a bi-weekly basis I was ok.
Finally a friend suggested that I come to Allegheny Health &
Rehabilitation Center and see what they could do for me.
When I first came I was made welcome by everyone. My husband
has a job that takes him out of town much of the summer, and
with the hours here, and the willingness of the staff to
watch Elizabeth, my 3 year old daughter, I was able to
concentrate on my treatment plan throughout last summer and
fall. I was given treatment here with the Pro-Adjuster, and
manual manipulation. I also received muscle therapy. I feel
the most beneficial part of my treatment rehab (weight
training) and daily exercises at home that I continue to do.
Because of my occupation as a dog groomer, I use my back
and shoulder a lot. I also suffer from Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome, so I come back for regular maintenance. I no
longer suffer from Migraines that wake me up at 3am in
severe pain, and cause me to be in pain for 3-4 days, and
for that I am truly thankful to everyone at the office. -

| Six weeks after sustaining neck and back
injuries in an automobile accident, I knew that the only
relief that the Doctor’s could offer was to prescribe more
and stronger pain medication. Looking at this as not a
viable and long term solution, I requested a referral to
Allegheny Health & Rehabilitation Center. With in a matter
of days after Dr. Talorico started to work with me, I felt
dramatic reduction in pain and was able to stop “all” pain
medication after about 2 weeks. Although I still have a long
road ahead of me to make a full recovery, I know that I am
in good and capable hands with the Staff of Allegheny Health

| My original reason for coming to Allegheny
Health & Rehabilitation Center is because I had trouble for
some time with my neck. I could not turn it appropriately. I
had back pains due to it. I also pinched a nerve the same
week I came in. I was in Excruciating Pain. I had
this problem for 7 years before I came to Allegheny Health
&Rehabilitation Center. I ached every day, and my movement
was restricted. I would take a lot of Advil just to stay
pain free. I feel that my treatment at Allegheny Health
&Rehabilitation Center definitely helped me. Now I am
Pain Free (No more Advil), and able to turn my head,
bend, and function like never before. I even seem to have
more Energy. The Staff at Allegheny Health &Rehabilitation
Center was great. They were kind, sympathetic, helpful,

| I have had 12 years of operations,
medication, and PAIN with no real help. Over the past 4
months I have been able to give up my cane, and reduce my
medication. My range of motion and flexibility have
increased. My energy level has increased. The most important
thing is my outlook on life is better. I could not have done

| I heard about Allegheny Health &
Rehabilitation Center from a flyer that was mailed to me. I
have been a patient here for 1 year. My original reason for
coming to Allegheny Health & Rehabilitation Center was
Headaches and Neck Pain. My problems had existed for several
years. I was feeling a lot of stress in my head and neck. I
received traction, adjustments and myo-therapy. I feel that
Allegheny Health & Rehabilitation Center benefited me
because, my headaches that were fairly continuous, are now
infrequent. I do still have muscle pain which the myo-therapy
is helping. My pain was a 10 when I started coming to the
office, now my pain level is reduced to 5. The staff treated

I have a condition called Scoliosis, which
is a curvature of the spine, and had metal rods put in to
straighten my spine. That was 12 years ago. I had a lot of
low back pain everyday until I came to Allegheny Health &
Rehabilitation Center in April. Dr. Talorico gave me
exercises to work on, and they helped tremendously. After
coming here for 6 months, my lower back is pretty much pain
free!
The staff is wonderful!

I came to Allegheny Health & Rehabilitation
Center 4 years ago because of a problem with my right
shoulder. For years before that I couldn’t sleep on my right
side, or do any kind of work requiring reaching overhead (
it would result in getting a headache). Dr. Eric said it
would take time to heal, but in a few short months I was
able to sleep on my right side again. With continued
corrections by Dr. Eric and Dr. Tony and the attention the
staff has given me ( physical or medical coverage) has put
my life at ease, and I feel a lot better.

| I found out about Allegheny Health &
Rehabilitation Center through a friend, and my family. I
have been a patient here for 10 months. My original reason
for coming to Allegheny Health & Rehabilitation Center was
the Pro-Adjuster. After having neck problems for 3 years,
and been to other chiropractors, I was willing to try
anything to help pinpoint what the “pain in my neck” was. In
my daily life I had headaches, shoulder problems, and
stiffness. I received treatment with the Pro-Adjuster,
massage therapy, and an exercise program. Allegheny Health &
Rehabilitation Center has benefited me because my job
performance has improved, due to me not having headaches
constantly, also because I’m not in so much pain. I’m also a
much happier person at home. My energy level has increased
because I’m not taking pain meds that cause side effects. My
pain rate was a 7 when I started coming to Allegheny Health
& Rehabilitation Center. My pain level has reduced to 2. The
staff is very friendly. It is a welcoming atmosphere. They
are very explanatory with answers to my questions and
treatments. I think its Great that I’ve never been rushed
through a treatment session, nor have I seen anyone else
