Recipe of the Week: Beef Marinara
Dinner: Beef Marinara
1 pound grass-fed beef
sugar-free marinara/tomato paste
On medium-high skillet, start browning a pound of grass-fed beef. Season with garlic, sea salt, and pepper as desired. When fully cooked, turn skillet down to low. Use sugar-less marinara/tomato paste, preferably with olive oil in the ingredients list. Sauce amount is up to you. Pour on top of meat and let simmer with 3-4 cups of spinach or kale on top of sauce. Simmer until greens are wilted and serve over spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, or as is.
